Do you provide architectural or engineering services?
When a project requires an architect, engineer, designer, or other licensed professional, we coordinate with the appropriate provider. Those professional services may be contracted separately depending on the project.
Is the introductory phone call a free estimate?
No. The 15-minute call is used to understand the project, confirm general fit, and determine the appropriate next step. It is not an on-site consultation or a free construction estimate.
Can you help with permits?
Yes. We help organize permit coordination and work with the appropriate design and technical professionals when required.
